Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting CP is a normal tool only when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is provided at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered domain names under a single hosting user account. This is feasible because of Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager tool. The other hosting CP tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have 2 different hosting account logins. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/management opportunities. If you select Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no hosting Control Panel option.
Hosted Domains 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all available hosting Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your domains under one single account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP interfaces do not offer such function at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and as a consequence they demand TWO separate user logins: 1 domain name administration/billing/support account and 1 site administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP).
Operating System 3 - you will find out that the Hepsia CP is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to install it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting CP devices can work solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
